DHCD was present with Housing Help Plus at the 1109 Congress St NE Groundbreaking last week! This new project will produce 69 units of permanent supportive housing in Ward 6. All 69 units will be restricted at 30% MFI supported by the Local Rent Supplemental Program(LRSP)
